The Challenge

Foila Group, a well-renowned Waste Management business, wanted to create a system that allowed their individual operations to enter their customer and job data into a system, but wanted super-users to have the abilty to view all data. This data would then be exported into a Transport Management System (TMS), provided by Mandata

The Solution

Following consultaton with our client, Wearside Web outlined the exact requirements and designed a working prototype that would seperate the data by segment, while allowing a super-user to see all of the data.

Upon approval of the working concept, Wearside Web further developed this to allow customer data to be exported into their TMS and Accounting Software, as well as providing the ability to create new users and edit existing user permissons with ease. Wearside Web also built a security feature that tracks the location of any unsuccessful logins for the client's peace of mind. All of this functionality was then wrapped in the existing customer brand and delivered in full
